Sara Zainali Somedel is a Registered Kinesiologist and Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist at Lifemark Health Group in Canada. With extensive experience in sports biomechanics, physical education, and coaching — including a background in international competition — she helps adults navigating knee arthritis, posture concerns, weight-management goals in their 40s and beyond, and the transition back to activity or work after injury.

Beyond kinesiology-based injury recovery, Sara coaches general fitness & strength, nutrition & habit-building, healthy aging & longevity, and athletic performance. Her approach is compassionate, science-based, and deeply practical: real bodies, real schedules, and progress that lasts beyond a 30-day challenge. All coaching is 100% online — by video, in English or Persian — so Sara works with clients wherever they are, with no in-person visits required.
