Educational service
Sara Move Better provides kinesiology-based and general online coaching — including movement, fitness, nutrition/habit coaching, healthy aging, and athletic performance — as educational and wellness content only, delivered 100% remotely. It is NOT emergency care, physiotherapy, chiropractic treatment, medical treatment, mental-health treatment, or nutritional prescription/medical nutrition therapy. Nutrition & habit coaching is general wellness guidance only, not individualized medical nutrition therapy from a registered dietitian. No practitioner-patient relationship is formed by using the Service. Always consult a qualified licensed physician (and, for nutrition concerns tied to a diagnosed condition, a registered dietitian) before starting, changing, or stopping any exercise, nutrition, rehabilitation, or supplement routine.
No medical claims
We do NOT claim to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or condition — including arthritis, back pain, injury, weight loss, or any other. Individual results vary and no outcome is guaranteed. Testimonials are not typical and do not represent expected results.
Assumption of risk
Physical activity carries inherent risks including muscle strain, joint injury, fracture, cardiovascular events, aggravation of existing conditions, permanent disability, and in rare cases death. By using any program, video, class, product, or recommendation on this Service, you voluntarily and knowingly assume ALL such risks, known and unknown.
Release, waiver & covenant not to sue
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Sara Zainali, Sara Move Better, and all related parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising from your use of the Service or any resulting injury, illness, death, or damage — even if caused by their negligence. You covenant not to sue and confirm you have read and agreed to the full Terms of Service, including the arbitration, limitation-of-liability, and class-action-waiver provisions.
Stop and seek help
STOP immediately and contact emergency services (911 in Canada/US, 115 in Iran) if you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, sudden weakness, numbness, severe pain, or any other urgent symptom during or after any activity.
This content is for educational and wellness purposes and does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
Please consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have pain, injury, surgery history, heart conditions, dizziness, or other medical concerns.
If you experience severe pain, chest pain, shortness of breath, numbness, sudden weakness, or other urgent symptoms, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
