Habit-based online nutrition coaching focused on consistency, not restriction: portion awareness, protein and fiber targets, meal timing around training, and realistic planning for busy weeks. This is general wellness coaching, not medical nutrition therapy — clients with a diagnosed condition should work with a registered dietitian alongside this coaching.
